Sound Shaper is built and operated by Juan Esteban Villa Mendoza ("I", "me"). It's published on the App Store by Grostify LLC, which only distributes it: Grostify LLC doesn't operate the app, has no access to your account or content, and isn't responsible for either. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 13, or the minimum age in your country to use an online service without a parent's permission, if that's higher.

Your content

What you upload is yours. You let me store, copy and process it only as far as the app needs to keep your sounds, show them back to you and sync them to your devices. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Only upload content you have the right to use. By adding something, you confirm that you own it or are allowed to keep a copy of it for your own listening, and that storing it here doesn't infringe anyone's rights. You're responsible for what you add, including any claim someone makes because of it.

Your library is for your own use. Nothing in Sound Shaper shares, lists or shows it to anyone else, and you agree not to use the app to share or distribute anything you add.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to store or share content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or harms other people. Don't use it as general file hosting, and don't try to reach anyone else's account or files.

I can remove content, or suspend or delete an account, that breaks these terms or the law, or that a valid copyright complaint identifies. When I can, I'll tell you by email first.

If you believe something stored in Sound Shaper infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with:

  • your name, address, phone number and email;
  • the work you believe is infringed;
  • what in Sound Shaper you believe infringes it, and enough detail for me to find it;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by you, your agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you're the owner, or authorized to act for the owner;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

I remove what a valid complaint identifies and tell the person whose account it was, who can reply if they believe it was removed by mistake. Accounts that receive repeated valid complaints are deleted.

The service

The app is provided free of charge, as is, without warranties of any kind. I work to keep it reliable, but I can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change or be discontinued. You can delete your account and all its data at any time — see the account deletion page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of content caused by circumstances outside my control, and my total liability for any claim about the app is limited to US$50. Keep copies of anything you can't afford to lose. Nothing here limits rights that the law where you live doesn't allow to be limited.

App Store

If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and me, not Apple: Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to support it, and Apple and its subsidiaries can enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.

Tu contenido

Sube solo contenido que tengas derecho a usar. Al añadir algo, confirmas que es tuyo o que puedes conservar una copia para escucharla tú, y que guardarlo aquí no infringe los derechos de nadie. Eres responsable de lo que añades, incluido cualquier reclamo que alguien haga por ello.

Tu biblioteca es para tu propio uso. Nada en Sound Shaper la comparte, la lista ni la muestra a nadie más, y aceptas no usar la app para compartir ni distribuir lo que añades.

Uso aceptable

No uses la app para guardar o compartir contenido ilegal, que infrinja los derechos de otra persona o que haga daño a otras personas. No la uses como alojamiento de archivos en general ni intentes acceder a la cuenta o los archivos de otra persona.

Si crees que algo guardado en Sound Shaper infringe tus derechos de autor, escribe a [email protected] con:

  • tu nombre, dirección, teléfono y correo electrónico;
  • la obra que crees que se infringe;
  • qué parte de Sound Shaper crees que la infringe, con detalle suficiente para encontrarla;
  • una declaración de que crees de buena fe que el uso no está autorizado por ti, tu representante ni la ley;
  • una declaración de que la información de tu aviso es exacta y de que eres el titular o estás autorizado para actuar en su nombre;
  • tu firma física o electrónica.

Elimino lo que identifica un reclamo válido y se lo comunico a la persona dueña de la cuenta, que puede responder si cree que se eliminó por error. Las cuentas que reciben reclamos válidos repetidos se eliminan.

El servicio

La app se ofrece de forma gratuita, tal cual, sin garantías de ningún tipo. Trabajo para que sea fiable, pero no puedo garantizar un servicio ininterrumpido, y las funciones pueden cambiar o dejar de existir. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta y todos sus datos en cualquier momento: consulta la página de eliminación de cuenta.

Responsabilidad

En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no soy responsable de daños indirectos o consecuentes ni de la pérdida de contenido causada por circunstancias ajenas a mi control, y mi responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamo sobre la app se limita a 50 dólares estadounidenses. 如果你认为 Sound Shaper 中存储的内容侵犯了你的版权，请发送电子邮件至 [email protected]，并提供：

服务

本应用免费提供，按“现状”提供，不附带任何形式的保证。我会尽力保持其可靠，但无法保证服务不中断，功能也可能变更或停止。你可以随时删除账户及其全部数据——请参阅账户删除页面。

责任

在法律允许的范围内，我不对间接损失或后果性损失、或因我无法控制的情况造成的内容丢失承担责任，并且我对与本应用有关的任何索赔所承担的全部责任以 50 美元为限。请为你不能失去的内容保留副本。本条款不限制你所在地法律不允许限制的权利。

App Store
