Deleting your Sound Shaper account permanently removes the account and everything in it. This can't be undone.

From inside the app

  • On Home, open Settings.
  • Tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Before anything is deleted, the app asks you to sign in again to confirm it's you. Then the deletion runs right away: your uploaded files, then your data, then the account itself. If you signed in with Apple, Sound Shaper is also removed from the apps that use Sign in with Apple on your Apple Account; if you signed in with Google, its access to your Google Account is removed. If your files can't be removed at that moment, nothing is deleted and the app asks you to try again.

If you can't access the app

Email [email protected] from the address your account uses, asking for the account to be deleted. I'll confirm and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account: your sign-in, email, name and photo.
  • Every sound you added, with its audio and artwork, cached copies included.
  • Your clips.
  • Your trophies.

Desde la app
